Read one webhook subscription

GET/management/webhooks/{subscriptionId}

Scope: webhooks.read. A subscription belonging to another tenant is reported as not found. The signing secret is not returned. Authenticate with Authorization: ApiKey {key}. Every response carries x-ms-request-id, X-Correlation-Id and X-Request-Id; quote the request id in any support request.
